He served as Co-Chair Nevada's recreational marijuana initiative - Treat Marijuana Like Alcohol - which passed in November, 2016, with 55% of the vote. As Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee he is pushing Nevada forward in all areas of cannabis legislation.

He served with the U.S. Department of Justice for 10 years identifying and addressing threats related to the financial system and national security, and worked for the Department of the Treasury on a range of terrorist financing issues in the wake of 9/11.

She also serves as the founding Deputy Director of the Council on Responsible Cannabis Regulation, a cannabis policy and advocacy non-profit organization. Chloe is a member of the Minority Cannabis Business Association's Policy Committee and is the Research Director for the National Cannabis Industry Association's federal Policy Council.
